STEVE KASS, Senior Pastor
Together with his wife Beth, they have served in ministry for sixteen years. Steve is from Chicago, and Beth is from Cleveland. They moved to Family In Faith from Florida in August 1997, excited about the options to reach out here. Steve loves photography and music. He went to the University of Michigan and to Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne. They relax in the summer by taking time to travel to various points around the country. Steve & Beth live in Carol Stream where they raise their three children, Annalise, Kyle, and Madeline.
BRIAN RATLIFF: Administrative Business Manager
Brian has been a member of Family in Faith since 1998. A lifetime resident of Glendale Heights, Brian is a 1993 graduate of College of DuPage with a degree in Business Management and Accounting. Over the years Brian has served two terms as Congregational Treasurer and since 2015 is the Church Administrator. His current duties include bookkeeping, working with our banks and vendors, maintaining the membership database, coordinating ushers, food pantry directors and Pastor Kass.
Brian has been married to his wife Rhonda since 1985, is the father of three adult children and grandfather of three.
