Hello, Everyone,
I am happy to announce that the Garden Project for the Food Pantry has been completed. I want to thank everyone again who assisted with making this project a success.
We have planted: tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, onions, carrots, bell peppers, and cucumbers. Hopefully we will get a good harvest and will be able to provide additional produce to the Food Pantry for distribution.
My wife, Karen, assisted the young ones that came with their parents to help on the project. She had them decorate a flower pot and plant a flower seed that they could take home and watch it grow. It was a fun time for all.
Please stop by and view the Garden in person when you get a chance. It is located directly behind the Food Pantry. For now, take a look at the pictures that we took.
